Staff

Little Blessings staff holds a total of fifteen early childhood credentials from the New Hampshire Child Development Bureau. They range from Associate Teacher, Level One to Trainer, Mentor, Faculty, Level Two. This is a voluntary program in which the staff eagerly participated.

Both the Director and Assistant Director have attended the Wheelock College graduate seminar, "Caring for Infants and Toddlers." The Director also attended the Wheelock graduate seminar, "Career Development in Early Childhood Education: Advancing Community Action Plans."”

The Administrator for the State of New Hampshire Child Development Bureau invited the Director of Little Blessings to join the Infant/Toddler Task Force, which provides recommendations to the Bureau for the improvement of quality care in the state. Only twelve people in the state sit on this Task Force. The Director is also a Senior Mentor for the State of New Hampshire. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Portsmouth High School Early Childhood program. The Director won the 2007 NAEYC Administrator’s Award for the state of New Hampshire.

In a high turnover field, Little Blessings still employs five of its original staff members.
